the staff were so friendly and helpful!!! the location was perfect and safe. restaurants were right on the doorstep, and it was only 10 minutes from the airport.

the room was quite noisy with people leaving and arriving at odd hours. the water pressure in the shower was poor. i expected better.

the staff was friendly and helpful i asked for directions and received clear instructions i felt welcomed the entire time the ac worked great keeping the room cool during warm weather. the room was quiet allowing me to rest well after a long journey i also found the black out curtains helpful for sleeping during daylight hours.

the tv had limited channels available but this was not a major issue since i spent most of my time exploring.

i stayed to be near the airport for my early flight. it is close to a plaza with bars and restaurants. the ac works well and the shower was clean. the staff was nice and helpful, this was a good location for my needs.

the noise level at the hotel was disruptive even late at night. i could hear people talking loudly, laughing, and doors slamming. noise and light from the hallways also came into the room.
